These Cookies have a nice zing from the lime zest, lime juice and little texture from the coconut. They are a little chewy... I like them with a lime drizzle you decide.

The Cookies may vary in size as they are hand scooped, the drizzle is optional. The seasonal quality of limes sometimes changes the flavor of the cookies.

Your Cookies are made to order. For each dozen ordered, you will receive 2 packages (6 cookies in each) in FDA approved cellophane bags, tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your packages of cookies will be carefully packaged Ito a white bakery box. I do hand deliver your package to the post office. I will send you an email when your package is ready for shipping and to confirm its deliver to the post office.

Your cookies will be baked and shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookie possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery. I do not ship on pubic holidays . You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
