Shipping

Orders are baked Sunday-Wednesday so you get the freshest cookies possible using priority mail 2-3 day delivery.  I will send you an email the day I bake and ship your order. If your order is processed on Wednesday it will be baked and shipped the following Monday. I do hand deliver your package to the post office, I will send you an email when I have the acceptance slip from the post office along with the estimated delivery day. Once your package leaves my hands I have no control over when your package is delivered. The postal services does a fine job sometimes delays occur. 

I do not ship on public holidays

The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If the tracking on your package shows "insufficient address" or "non deliverable as addressed" or "not claimed" etc. I will contact the buyer immediately I am aware of the problem.  It is the buyers responsibility  to contact their post office in an effort to retrieve their package. If you are unable to retrieve the package I am not responsible for rebaking and or reshipping the order.
