The surprise in this buttery cookies is a chocolate "Andes" mint candy. The mint is surrounded by the buttery shortbread. When its baked it looks like a small parcel.. To make it even more delicious it is drizzled with the minty chocolate. I love these cookies with a hot chocolate.

Cookies are made to order using fresh quality ingredients in small batches. There will be some variation in size as the dough is hand scooped and then formed around the Andes Mint. I always strive for consistency in shape, size and color.
Your cookies are made to order. For each dozen ordered, you will receive 2 packages (6 cookies in each) in FDA approved cellophane bags, tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your packages of cookies will be carefully packaged into a white bakery box.
Cookies are baked and shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible using priority shipping 2-3 delivery. Please know I am not responsible for late delivery of your package if by chance this occurs. I do not ship on public holidays.
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. In warmer weather it is highly recommended someone bring your cookies inside when they are delivered.
