Raspberry Dream Sandwich Cookies - (ONE DOZEN)

They have a soft and buttery texture which has been hand rolled and cut to size using a cutter.
The cookies are sandwiched with Seedless Raspberry Jam. Then each side of the cookie is drizzled with a Raspberry Icing Glaze. This is a wonderful cookie for those who like a sweet, fruity and not so crunchy cookie.
Cookies are made to order using fresh quality ingredients. There may be some variation in thickness as they are hand rolled and cut with a cutter. The raspberry jam and glaze are added by hand so there may be some variation here also. There may be some variation in color of the glaze from batch to batch. I always strive for consistency in shape, size, color and appearance.

For each dozen ordered, you will receive 4 packages (3 cookies in each) in FDA approved cellophane bags tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag.. Your packages of cookies will be carefully packaged into a white bakery box.

Your cookies will be baked and shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible using priority shipping 2-3 days delivery.
I do not ship on public holidays. I always take packages to the post office myself.
