Polish Lemon Tea Sandwich Cookies (ONE DOZEN)

Polish Lemon Tea Sandwich Cookies - (One Dozen) This is an old fashion cookie from my past. The cookie has lemon juice in the dough to give that hint of lemon in the smooth shortbread texture with the Lemon Butter Cream Filing. The cookie is then dusted in powdered sugar. Perfect!

Cookies are approximately 2 inches

In the summer months I will include a some additional powdered sugar with your order incase the powdered sugar has been absorbed during shipping.

The cookies may vary in size as they are hand scooped and shaped by hand. The filling is measured and added by hand also. The powdered sugar dusting is done by hand also. During the warmer months I will include a small amount of powdered sugar incase the powdered sugar has been absorbed during the shipping process.

Your cookies are made to order. For each dozen of sandwich cookies you will receive (4) packages with 3 cookies in each in FDA approved cellophane bags, tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your cookies will be carefully packaged into a white bakery box.

Your Cookies will be baked and Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookie possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery. I do not ship or bake on public holidays.
