Pineapple and Coconut Crescents (TWO DOZEN). A twist on Crescent Cookies, this has crushed pineapple and toasted coconut in the dough, formed into a crescent shape then baked and finally dusted generously with powdered sugar. This is a great summer treat.

During the warmer months I will include some addition powdered sugar for you to dust the crescents with again before eating. The powdered sugar may have been absorbed by the cookie in transit.

The dough is measured with a scoop and then shaped into a crescent, the size and shape may vary from crescent to crescent as they are hand made. I always strive for consistency in shape, size and color.

Your cookies are made to order. For each dozen ordered, you will receive 2 packages (6 cookies in each) in FDA approved cellophane bags, tied with a twisty tie, a purple curing ribbon and a green tag. Your packages of cookies will be carefully packaged into a white bakery box.

Your cookies will be baked and shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookie possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery. I do not ship on public holidays.
