ONE DOZEN - Coconut Raspberry Sandwich Cookies (ONE DOZEN). These cookies are rich and buttery with unsweetened coconut in the dough to give good texture. Then the cookies are sandwiched with Seedless Raspberry Jam and a Buttercream filling. The cookie is made even more delicious with the filling. Fellow Australians, this cookie is pretty close to Arnott’s Monte Carlo’s.
Cookies are made to order using fresh quality ingredients, there will be some variation in size as the cookies are hand scooped. I always strive for consistency in shape, size and color.
Your cookies are made to order. For each half dozen ordered, you will receive a packages in FDA approved cellophane bags, tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your packages of cookies will be carefully packaged into a white bakery box.
Your cookies will be baked and shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookie possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery. I do not ship on public holidays.
