Lemon Thyme Shortbread Cookies with a Lemon Glaze - TWO DOZEN - Approximately 2.25 inches - These cookies have finely chopped fresh Thyme, lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice to make this unique flavor in the shortbread textured cookie. The cookie is finished with a beautiful meringue glaze.... Something a little different but really good.

Cookies are made to order using fresh quality ingredients. There will be some variation in size as the cookies are hand scooped. I always strive for consistency in shape, size and color. There maybe a subtle change in taste from batch to batch due to the seasonal nature of lemons and the crop of thyme.
The glaze is hand applied so coverage may vary from cookie to cookie.

For each dozen ordered, you will receive 2 packages (6 cookies in each) in FDA approved cellophane bags, tied with twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your packages of cookies will be carefully packaged into a white bakery box.
Your order will baked Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery.
