The fresh squeezed lime juice, lime zest and toasted coconut are the wonderful in these buttery cookies, finished with that lime frosting. Perfect for those of us who like citrus.
The cookies may vary in size as they are had scooped, the frosting color may vary from batch to batch due to the seasonal quality of limes. The frosting coverage may vary from cookie to cookie as it is hand applied. I always strive for consistency in size, color, shape and appearance.

Your cookies are made to order. For each dozen ordered, you will receive 2 packages (6 cookies in each) in FDA approved cellophane bags tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your packages of cookies will be carefully packaged into a white bakery box.

I will send you a confirmation email with the day your order is to be baked. A further email when your order is ready for shipping.

Your cookies will be baked Monday-Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest possible cookie possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery. I do not ship on public holidays. The buyer is responsible for providing and accurate shipping address. I do hand delivery your package to the post office.
I do watch the tracking on your package and will send you an update if I see any changes to the delivery schedule.
