Cranberry Lemon Sandwich Cookies

One Dozen - CRANBERRY LEMON SANDWICH COOKIES - The texture is a buttery shortbread with dried cranberries and a hint of lemon from the zest. The outside of the cookie is rolled in fine sugar before it is baked. The outer edge of the cookie has a little crispness and is softer as you eat into it. The cookies are sandwiched with a Buttercream filling that has a hint of lemon from lemon zest. A great treat!

Each cookie is made by measuring the dough with a scoop and then is hand rolled in the fine sugar. I do strive for consistency, there may be some variations in size and shape of the cookie because they are hand made.

The cookies will packaged in FDA approved cellophanes bags with 3 Cookies in each.The cookies will placed in individual white cupcake papers to separate them in the stack to prevent sticking.
You will receive 4 packages tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag.

All cookies are made to order. Your order will be baked and shipped Monday - Wednesday by priority mail.
