These cookies are rich and buttery with unsweetened coconut in the dough to give good texture. The cookies are sandwiched with with Seedless Raspberry Jam and a buttercream filling. Yum!!! the filling makes these cookies very delicious.
Cookies are made to order using fresh quality ingredients. There will some variation in size as the cookies are hand scooped, the buttercream and Raspberry Jam are add with care by hand. I always strive for consistency in size, shape and color.

For each dozen sandwich cookies ordered you will receive 4 packages (3 cookies in each) they will be in FDA approved cellophane bags, tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your packages of cookies will be carefully packaged into a white bakery box. I will send you an email when your package is ready for shipping. I always take the packages to the post office myself.

Your cookies will be baked and shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery.
