The cookie base has some melted dark chocolate and cocoa powder in the buttery shortbread with the addition of cornflakes. The cornflakes give the cookie texture, a little crunch and a little color. To finish this cookie, its is dried with a lemon glaze ad dark chocolate. This a great with tea coffee or a glass of milk. A cookie from the past and its one of my favorites.

Cookies are made to order using fresh quality ingredients, there will be some variation in size as the cookies are hand scooped and then rolled into a log. The drizzles will vary for cookie to cookie as they are hand applied. I always strive for consistency in shape, size and color.

Your cookies are made to order. For each dozen ordered, you will receive 2 packages (6 cookies in each) in FDA approved cellophane bags, tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your packages of cookies will be carefully package into a white bakery box.

Your Cookies will be baked and shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookie possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery. I do not ship on public holidays.
Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
