A bakery favorite, Cardamon gives this sandwich cookie a unique appeal. The cookie is hand scooped and then rolled in sugar and then I imprinted the dough with a fork or a beautiful glass before baking. Then the browned butter filling is sandwiched between these cookies, rich in flavor and a little different.

The cookies may vary in size as they are hand scooped and the print is done carefully. The filling is measured and added by hand also. There may be some variation in size, shape and filling, I always strive for consistence.

Your cookies are made to order. For each dozen of sandwich cookies you will receive (4) packages with 3 cookies in each in FDA approved cellophane bags, tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your cookies will be carefully packaged into a white bakery box.

Your Cookies will be baked and Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookie possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery. I do not ship or bake on public holidays.

I will send you an email to confirm I have received your order and when your order is ready for shipping. I take the packages the the post office personally.
