These have a delicate shortbread texture with finely chopped apricots through the dough. It is then measured by hand with a scoop for consistency in size. An Apricot Glaze is spread onto the cookie by hand and then garnished with a thin slither of dried apricot.

Cookies are made to order using fresh quality ingredients. There will be some variation in size as the cookies are hand scooped. The glaze will vary from cookie to cookie as it is hand applied. There will be some variation in color of the glaze from batch to batch.
I always strive for consistency in shape, size, color and appearance.

For each dozen ordered, you will received 2 packages (6 cookies in each) in FDA approved cellophane bags. tied with a tipsy tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your packages of cookies will then be carefully packaged into a white bakery box.

Your Cookies will be baked and shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookie possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery. I do not ship on public holiday.
I do have control over when I bake and ship you order, I do not have control when your order is delivered.
