These Cookies have a buttery shortbread texture with the lemon flavor that comes for the lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice. The dough is hand scooped and then rolled in a mixture of sugar and ground culinary lavender to cover the dough before baking. Taste amazing!

There may be some variation in appearance as they are hand scooped and rolled then slightly flattened by hand in the lavender sugar. Taste may vary slightly from batch to batch because of seasonal quality of lemons and batches of culinary lavender.
Your Cookies are made to order. For each dozen ordered, you will receive 2 packages (6 cookies in each) in FDA approved cellophane bags, tied with a twisty tie, a purple curling ribbon and a green tag. Your packages of cookies will be carefully packaged into a white bakery box. I do hand deliver your package to the post office. I will send you an email when your package is ready for shipping and to confirm its delivery to the post office.

Your cookies will be baked and shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure you receive the freshest cookie possible using priority shipping 2-3 day delivery. I do not ship on pubic holidays . You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
